With my sweet tooth the childcatcher would have no problem luring me away but I am trying to eat cleaner these days and while I don’t have a problem with main courses, I’m in the habit of demanding sweet treats for afters so I needed to find some ideas for healthier desserts. I made some raspberry ripple ‘ice cream’ tonight using frozen bananas and raspberries and some clean chocolate frosting to go along with it: doesn’t look very appetising but it was really nice and hopefully semi healthy!
